Who can join the Simms Pro Program?

The Simms Pro Program is intended for full-time, year-round individuals employed in the outdoor industry and military/government positions who spend the majority of their time in the outdoors. Approval for the program remains at our discretion.

Guide/Captain/Outfitter

  • Full-time professional fishing guide or captain whose majority of income is earned through work as a fishing guide
  • Documentation is required for verification, e.g. license, liability insurance, website, offer of employment letter, etc.
  • Seasonal guides are granted access on a case-by-case basis
  • Simms Retail Employee

    Full-time employees working for a Simms retailer
  • A current paystub is required for employment verification
  • A company issued email address will expedite approval
  • Seasonal employees are granted access on a case-by-case basis
  • Outdoor Conservation Organization Employee

  • Full-time employees working for an outdoor conservation organization
  • A current paystub is required for employment verification
  • A company issued email address is required
  • Seasonal employees are granted access on a case-by-case basis

  • How do I apply for your Pro Program?

    You can fill out the online application by visiting https://vip.simmsfishing.com/index.php/welcome. For applicants with a work or military-issued email, please apply using that email address to help expedite the approval process. Please be prepared to provide a paystub or other documentation if requested. When your application is received please allow 5-7 business days for the approval process.

    How do I contact customer support for Pros?

    You can reach our Pro Services team Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm MST by emailing simmsprodesk@simmsfishing.com or call (888) 585-3570.

    Can I return items that were purchased through my Pro account?

    Yes, we do accept returns for products ordered through your Pro account. For faster processing, return your Simms gear using our online form:

  • Sign in by clicking on the My Account icon located on the top-right of every page or by clicking here. Once logged in, select "ORDER HISTORY" from the left-hand side.
  • Select "VIEW ORDER" on the far right of the order you wish to return.
  • On the Order Summary page, click "START A RETURN" located in the upper right. Complete the Return Items Information as instructed.
  • Click “SUBMIT RMA” in lower right.
  • You will receive an email notification after successful completion of the return form.
  • Can I exchange items that were purchased through my Pro account?

    No, we do not accept exchanges for products ordered through your Pro account. You may return the product and place an order for the product you want. This will ensure you get what you need with no delays.

    Can I purchase a gift for someone else using my Pro account?

    Your Simms Pro account is for your professional use only – purchases for friends or family is prohibited. Purchases made for others will result in your removal from the program.

    Does my Pro Program account expire?

    Pro accounts expire after 15 months. You will receive an email from Simms letting you know your account is about to expire with instructions on how to re-apply.

    What countries do you ship to?

    We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. If you are in the United States military we do ship to APO addresses.
