Who can join the Simms Pro Program?
The Simms Pro Program is intended for full-time, year-round individuals employed in the outdoor industry and military/government positions who spend the majority of their time in the outdoors. Approval for the program remains at our discretion.

How do I apply for your Pro Program?
You can fill out the online application by visiting https://vip.simmsfishing.com/index.php/welcome. For applicants with a work or military-issued email, please apply using that email address to help expedite the approval process. Please be prepared to provide a paystub or other documentation if requested. When your application is received please allow 5-7 business days for the approval process.

Can I return items that were purchased through my Pro account?
Yes, we do accept returns for products ordered through your Pro account. For faster processing, return your Simms gear using our online form:
Can I exchange items that were purchased through my Pro account?
No, we do not accept exchanges for products ordered through your Pro account. You may return the product and place an order for the product you want. This will ensure you get what you need with no delays.
Can I purchase a gift for someone else using my Pro account?
Your Simms Pro account is for your professional use only – purchases for friends or family is prohibited. Purchases made for others will result in your removal from the program.
Does my Pro Program account expire?
Pro accounts expire after 15 months. You will receive an email from Simms letting you know your account is about to expire with instructions on how to re-apply.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. If you are in the United States military we do ship to APO addresses.
