We take our Pro Program seriously and ask you follow our simple standard of conduct. Failure to comply with the following guidelines will result in immediate termination of your Pro account.

  • Your Simms Pro account is for your professional use only – purchases for friends or family is prohibited.
  • Simms Pro Program pricing is confidential. Do not share your pricing with anyone.
  • Resale of items purchased through your Pro account is unacceptable. If you encounter someone selling gear purchased through the Pro Program, please notify Simms Customer Service immediately.
  • Sorry, no backorders. Orders will ship based on current availability.
  • Please support your local Simms retailer by referring business to the retailer whenever possible; however, your Pro discount will never apply at these retailers.
  • Returns must be processed directly through Simms. Do not exchange or return products at retailers, they will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are not accepted for products ordered through your Pro account. You may return the product and place an order for the product you want. This will ensure you get what you need with no delays. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please represent the Simms brand with the utmost professionalism by adhering to all regulations set forth by your state’s governing body regulating fishing, guiding and outfitting.
  • Subscription to Simms Pro emails is a requirement of membership.
